For faults on a bike whether it be the frame, fork, suspension or componentry that there isn't a NZ agency for, the following information will need to be emailed to email@example.com
You will need to include a photo of:
1. Complete bike
3. Serial number
4. Copy of proof of purchase (this can be a scan or a photo)
Photos must be clear and in the case of serial number and proof of purchase they must be legible, if the proof of purchase does not have the bike's description and size then this information must be a part of the email body. If you need to send attachments individually to retain their quality then please do.
When returning items to our workshop for warranty, you must use the Returns Authorisation (RA) form.
